The personal information we generally collect and hold may include your name, contact phone numbers and email address, information specific to the subscription service which you apply for. For your staff and contractors, all information you enter will be stored within the application.
Email addresses are used as the systems main means of communication.

Personal information is gathered via either the signup process for the main organisational contact or via online creation forms within the application for staff and contractors as entered by the main organisational contact.
All data is maintained in the system database on our application servers. We utilise a third party for the maintenance of this data.
Financial information such as credit card or banking details are stored on our third party eCommerce gateway eWAY – for information on their privacy policy in relation to the data they hold, please do not hesitate to contact them directly. We store no financial information within our system that would identify you or your organisation.
IP Address and Cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your internet protocol (IP) address and browser type, for system function and administration use only.

We only collect personal information where it is reasonably necessary for system identification and communication.
